Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery inside Dhaka typically takes 1-3 days; outside Dhaka, 3-7 days depending on location and courier availability. Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.

Return & Warranty Policy

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Products covered by manufacturer warranty are handled according to that manufacturer’s warranty terms.
